Advanced seminar with Bob Nash Sensei 2021
In 2021, Rødovre Karateskole will host the second advanced seminar with Bob Nash, 7. Dan Wadokai.
The seminar will focus on developing nairiki (internal power) in one’s body in order to make our techniques faster and more powerful. We will examine body structure and body connection within the context of Wado movement and technique. This seminar will build upon our past seminars with Sensei Nash. People, who are new to his teachings should attend our regular seminar (dates to be announced).

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 15:00
Location: Rødovre Karate School, Rødovre Parkvej 425, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark.
Accommodation: Scandic Glostrup, Glostrup Park Hotel, and A Hotels – it is possible to get to the dojo by bus or taxi. Use www.rejseplanen.dk to plan your trip. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sleep in the dojo.

Meals: No meals are included in the seminar. For those who are interested, we will book seating at a Japanese restaurant Saturday evening. The restaurant serves running sushi and a variety of Asian dishes. Other meals are up to the participants to take care of themselves. It is possible to buy lunch in a nearby mall.
